Fuerteventura History

Fuerteventura is one of the islands that integrates the archipelago of the Canary islands. On the origin of the archipelago exists several theories, all of them, in greater or smaller measurement, concludes in a volcanic origin. Lately a theory is settled down that speaks of a combined origen of volcanic eruptions and the rise of the oceanic crust, product of the pressure of the African plate with the Atlantic plate.
