| Insurance | Colision Damage Walver (CDW) | Included | In case of an accident, collision or overturn, the customer is liable for losses or damages caused to the HERTZ vehicle up to the amount of the deductible CDW coverage waives, this liability and implies the prior acceptance of an additional fee. | Theft Protection (TP) |
Included | In case of theft of the vehicle and/or its parts, the renter will be held responsible, up to the value of the deductible, which may be waived by previously accepting an additional charge for TP. | Personal Insurance (PAI) | 1,80 euros | No | This option covers the authorised drivers and passengers in case of personal injury due to an accident. No | Applicable per accident and/or per theft with or without contrary vehicle. Value to which the customer is responsible in case of accident or theft. Even if the customer has purchased the CDW and TP with the exception if there is a nonfulfillment form terms and conditions or in case of accident driving out of asphalt roads in which cases the client will pay the total cost of repairs. It will be deducted to the customer the amount of Deposit on their credit card or in cash by way of deposit to charge possible damages to wheels, glasses, windscreen, rear-view mirrors, damages to the underbody or interior of the car, lost or damages to the car keys and towing charges. Deposit amount may change under the terms of updating of the premium of the insurance company. |

| Freesell | The groups A, B, C, D and F are on free sell with 24 hours in advance, if there is no off sell communication EXCEPT in La Palma and La Gomera where the groups on free sell are the groups A, B and C. The rest of the car groups are ON REQUEST BASIS |
Insurances, D & C, Adittional Driver, Baby Seats, Luggage Racks and After hour surcharge prices are valid till 30th April 2011. These could be subject to changes without notice.
