During November until December 18 your reserve must be with 5 days of anticipation.
From December 19 until January 4, 2009 your reserve must be with 14 days of anticipation.
From January 5 until April 2, 2009 your reserve must be with 5 days of anticipation.
From April 3 until April 13, 2009 your reserve must be with 14 days of anticipation.
From April 14 until April 30, 2009 your reserve must be with 3 days of anticipation.
From May 1 until July 6, 2009 your reserve must be with 5 days of anticipation.
From July 7 until September 6, 2009 your reserve must be with 14 days of anticipation.
From September 7 until September 30, 2009 your reserve must be with 5 days of anticipation.
