 Das Gebäude des XIX Jahrhunderts gehörte dem Grenadierhauptmann, Eduardo González Sánchez (Sohn des Oberst Agustín González Feo de Teguise) Später im XX Jahrhundert vermietete der damalige Eigentümer Luis Ramírez González, das gebäude an das Kasino von Arrecife, und um diese Zeit wurde es renoviert. Als er starb, hinterliess er es den Salasieaner Brüdern. Bis Anfang der 80 Jahre war das Gebäude Gemeindehaus von Arrecife,um dann das jetzige Kulturhaus zu beherbergen. Der Name "Agustín de la Hoz" wurde dem Kulturhaus 1989 zu Ehren des Gelehrten von Arrecife Verliehen. |
Built in the 19th Century by Grenadier Captain Eduardo González Sánchez (Son of the Adjutant Agustín González Feo de Teguise). Later in the 20th Century Luis Ramírez González, as owner of the property rented it to the Casino of Arrecife following renovation. Much later, after his death he bequeaths the property to the Salecianos. Until the beginning of the 80 it was the town hall of Arrecife, after becoming the House of Culture. It was given the name of "Agustín de la hoz" in 1989 in homage to the learned son of Arrecife
