The Tanit Museum of life, situated in the old wine cellar of a traditional Canarian house, has the most complete collection of artefacts of every kind used by our forefathers from the first inhabitants (“majos”) to the mid twentieth century.
We get to know the objects wich were part of Lanzarote`s social, economic and reliigions life, we enter into the past of people capable of extracting a way of life from the volcanic ash.
Das völkerkundliche Museum “Tanit”, das in einen antiken Weinkeller eines traditionellen Kanarischen Hauses liegt, bietet ein vollständiges Bild der Güter und der Geráte benutzt von unieren vorfahren, von den Ureinwhner, den “Majos”, bis der Mitte des 20 jahrhunderts.
Die Annäherung zu den Geräte, die den Gesellschaftlichen, arbeits und religiösen Lebensstil Lanzarotes bilden, führ uns zu den Urrprugen eines fähing zum reiben ans Vulkanen eines lebensfluussavs.
